Today we’re highlighting Hummel Farms, owned and operated by Chris Hummel and his family in the Lewistown area.

For nearly 30 years, the Hummel family has been farming locally, specializing in crop production and agricultural work. Beyond farming, they also support the next generation through youth livestock and showmanship mentorship, helping young showmen and their families prepare projects for the show ring.

Hummel Farms is a great example of the hard work, resilience, and dedication that continues to shape agriculture in our community. The family has faced challenging seasons, including the aftermath of the Lewistown tornado and periods of drought, while continuing to move forward and grow.
